REFUND POLICY

Made-to-Order Products

All Lets Do Sew products are handmade to order specifically for you. Because each item is custom-made upon purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Choosing the wrong size (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Fabric color variation from screen display (monitors display colors differently)

What We Do Cover

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged or defective — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  • Significantly different from what was ordered — contact us within 7 days
  • Lost in transit — contact us and we will file a claim and remake or refund

In these cases we will offer, at our discretion: a full remake, store credit, or full refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email customcornbag@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and 2–3 clear photos of the issue
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, production has begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
