SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All Lets Do Sew products are handmade to order. Please allow the following before your order ships:

Standard bags (tote, shopper, cosmetic, zipper pouch) 3–5 business days
Corn bags (all sizes) 2–4 business days
Large or bulk orders (5+ items) 5–7 business days

Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.

Note: During peak seasons (November–December, Valentine's Day) processing times may be extended by 2–3 days. We will notify you if your order is affected.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and your delivery address. The exact rate is shown at checkout before payment.

We ship to select countries worldwide.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are non-refundable if a package is refused.


Total Delivery Time Estimate

Total time = Production time + Shipping time

Example: A tote bag ordered with USPS Priority Mail → 3–5 days production + 1–3 days shipping = 4–8 business days total from order to delivery.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships
  • You can track your order at USPS.com or via the link in your shipping email
  • If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within your production window, email customcornbag@gmail.com

Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address provided
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering by emailing customcornbag@gmail.com
  • We cannot redirect packages already in transit

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and any secure drop locations
  2. Wait 2 additional business days (occasional carrier scan errors)
  3. Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number
  4. If still unresolved, email us at customcornbag@gmail.com — we will file a claim and work toward a resolution

Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend:

  • Requesting signature confirmation at checkout
  • Delivering to a secure location or PO Box

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and item immediately
  2. Email customcornbag@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  3. We will file a carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a refund

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused):

  • We will contact you to confirm the correct address
  • Re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • If you choose not to have the package re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs

Holidays & Closures

We observe the following US federal holidays — no production or shipping on these days:

New Year's Day · Memorial Day · Independence Day · Labor Day · Thanksgiving · Christmas Day

Orders placed before these holidays will be queued and begin production on the next business day.
